I don’t want to scare you, but yeah looks like your battery is dead. Not sure if you can test with another charger? At the Apple Store they can. You can try to fix it for yourself, but this will be not easy.

Perhaps something else know if this is a common issue or that someone else is broken which is causing it (I don’t have a lot of experience with this Macbook). But so far I can tell now, it looks like your battery is out of the game..
