Not sure if the following is applicable to your model, but this is how it works on some other Win tablets, so you can only try.
Try connecting a keyboard and the USB stick via a USB hub which has a micro USB connector to the tablet. (Looking at the user manual it says that the tablet has a micro USB port)
Start the tablet and press the Win + Alt key to get into BIOS.

This is where I’m not sure if the following is applicable to your model, but hopefully if you do get into BIOS there may be a setting for Start Windows USB or similar. If there is then select that, then select Restart and hopefully it will boot from the USB stick.
