Earspeaker replacement not working

I have a problem here.

Ive fixed quite a few phones, however when I replace the earpiece speaker for this phone it still does not work.

It just kind of fits in, with 2 pins on the back connecting to the main board.

Each time I reassemble nothing, except slightly a slight hiss.

Any advice I would appreciate it.
