i got this laptop and it was working very well but the screen goes off. the laptop turns on the keyboard lights are on and i can hear cortana talking but the screen will not come on. there is not hdmi on the laptop to get it connected to external monitor but i know it boots just that the screen is not on. what should i do . what can be the cause of the screen going off
