According to the [https://www.manualslib.com/manual/817892/Samsung-Ex2220.html?page=6#manual|service manual] it is the backlight (or lamp) cable.
I can’t find it listed in the parts list in the manual but it must be there somewhere. Perhaps you may have better luck finding it ;-)
Once you’ve found it, search online using the ''part number only'' to get results for suppliers of the part.
