I DID IT!!!

Device manager\view\show hidden devices

Click disk drives again and find it (it should be greyed out)

Right click on it a choose uninstall device

Turn off your pc and then plug out the power cable

Open up your pc

Disconnect and reconnect your drive

Turn it on again and it should be fixed
