I spilled some water near where the power button is

So I spilled some bottle water over the power button and some of the other keys I didn’t turn it off at first in a panic I dried what I could and now it’s in a tent and off. When should I turn it on or should I try to remove the keys now and clean under it? I can’t go to a specialist right now with the pandemic happening
