I’m not a computer expert by any means so I apologize in advance for any ignorance.
My mac battery died about three weeks ago. I ordered a new one from ifixit, installed it, calibrated it, and it worked normally for about two weeks.
Now when I open my laptop it says it’s not charging. Display is on 1% on the login window but 0% on desktop window. The battery symbol shows the lighten bolt for to indicate charging, but when I click on it it says “Battery not charging, Power source: power adapter”. The LED light on the charger is green which would indicate a full charge.
The system information says that the battery is not fully charged, and is not charging. If I unplug the charger the computer shuts off immediately.
Is there anything I can do to fix it? Thank you!
