How to repair broken amp in Play 5 Gen 1?

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I have a Play 5 Gen 1 and have been told by Sonos that the amp is bad. I am able to turn the device on, connect to my media, and get full volume in ear buds when they are plugged into the back. However when I try to play through the speaker I turn full volume and barley hear any sound. It is very very faint. Looking for a fix. I’ve disassembled the speaker, but have no clue which part of the circuit board I need to replace. Photos of attached of what I’m looking at.
