White buildup on Trigger Circuit Board.

There is a White crystal Material build up on the circuit board below the trigger in my Nerf Hail-fire.

I am unable to Rev the switch and I was just wondering if it’s possible to fix this or if the Circuit board is toast.

its located on the 6  Metallic sauter points on the Circuit board
