I have a panasonic palmcorder model pv-dc252. after charging the battery it worked fine for a couple minutes but when i tried to eject the tape it went up but did not open. a tape is stuck in there and it started making noise after and said to press the rest button, which i did, then on the screen it said needs service. but how can i try to eject the tape manually?
