Check the jack for continuity using an Ohmmeter to test the jack’s centre pin to the red wires and the jack’s sleeve connector to the black wires.
Sometimes the DC-In jack’s centre pin connection breaks internally.
If there is an open circuit the jack will have to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.
