Hi! I have a problem with my laptop, asus gaming TUF fx505dy, my laptop is in a sleep mode but I didn't close the lid of my laptop. I try to open my laptop by pressing the keyboard and mouse but it doesn't waking up from sleep so I press the power button a long sec. Then it went out, the screen doesn't open, my keyboard light turns into white and not blinking and changing . My laptop is fullbattery and i tried to plug the AC but the charging light doesn’t appear. Please help me! Thank you!
