Why is my screen intermittently flickering with horizontal lines?

TV screen has apparently normal display, interrupted every few seconds by horizontal lines https://youtu.be/CFx9Tk5bINY
Possible contributing factor is 2 year rampaging around house during lockdown, but didn’t see her do anything to the TV immediately before this started earlier today. [br]

Have tried unplugging everything, reset to factory settings etc. Still happening so seems to be a hardware problem. No obvious damaged/loose connections inside. Any ideas on likely cause and how to proceed?
