front/rear cameras won't work after battery replacement

I’ve just replaced my battery on an Apple Air Pad 2 Wifi. The reassembly has been done and double checked twice. Êverything is working fine, but not the front and rear cameras. THe screen is blank ( pitch black). No facetime  images possible, but the connection is fine

Where did I go wrong ?
