Can't make or receive calls

Hi,

I am unable to make or receive call. My sim and network are ok as I can on a different device.[br]

My phone is updated to the latest version, not on airplane or do not disturb mode, has been restored and so has the network, I can receive text. It is affecting calls, video chat and my jack port.

Can someone help?
