Moto G5 stuck on boot logo after part replacement

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

-My charge port was being temperamental so I ordered and replaced the charge board with the new part, but when the phone booted, it stayed on the boot logo screen. So I swapped out the new part for the original part hoping this would resolve the issue, but it did not. I am wondering if there is some way to fix this, as if the phone would turn on with the part before, it should be possible to get it working again with the original part (hopefully). I also can’t access recovery (TWRP) it just stays on TWRP loading screen for hours.

Edit: I used this guide (but I swapped the “daughterboard” instead): [guide|103348]
Any help would be appreciated!
