I got the same error in my Dell Inspiron 14 300 series. I did the steps above but in reverse. When I opened up bios setup, secure boot is already disabled.So I enabled it. Advanced boot is on Legacy so I switched it to uefi. Then I saved and exit and it loaded Win 10 like it normally would.
