No, the 1537 uses 2.4ghz to connect to the console and/or an Xbox wireless adaptor for Windows. I have an Android phone and I've successfully used an OTG cable (Type C or whatever port your phone uses, to urb type A) plugged into a micro USB, plugged into my controller. If you're looking around for the Bluetooth model, you're looking for the 1708 or the new Xbox one elite controller. They're the only 2 that have onboard Bluetooth capabilities.
