Good afternoon guys. I have some issues with my Polaroid snap. As how you can see from pictures, the camera is on but it's frozen, all the lights are on but I can't do anything, not even to turn it off. I have to wait for the camera to auto-shut-off. Does anyone know why is doing like this? I have the film inside but I can't managed to make it works.

Why the camera is freezer?
