Both analog and LT RT not working

Hi everyone I've recently purchased a faulty xbox one controller model 1697. The controller is in near perfect condition. Almost new infact! Never been opened until now of course. So my problem is both LT and RT dont work and both analogue sticks… although pressing L3 and R3 works. Every thing in my knowledge points to a fault on the 2nd pcb. Anyone come across this before?
