Replacing those connectors requires some micro-soldering so unless you have experience doing this kind of work, it is not really a DIY repair.
A repair shop that specializes in micro-soldering repair should be able to do this for you. Depending on where you are located, you’ll need to consider if it is a worthwhile investment for such an older device. Alternatively, you may be able to find a used logic board for less than the cost of the repair.
