SSD does not restore from original HD

I’m trying to upgrade the HD on my MacBook Pro late 2011 to a SSD (Samsung 860 EVO). I’ve erased the SSD and undoubted both drives before restoring from original HD to SSD. This is the error message I keep getting when restoring. How do I restore the SSD?
