I was (still am) in need of a replacement motor and reached out to them.
This was their reply (10 Feb,2020):

Unfortunately, the Star Wars lineup has already been discontinued and as a result, we have since stopped the production of spare parts for it; this means that we won't be able to provide you with the spare parts, even for purchase. Please note that we are working as hard as we can to ensure we have adequate inventory for all our customers but occasionally we may not be able to service your product due to the product no longer being manufactured by our company.
