Hi,

Check the power management properties of the keyboard in Device Manager.

Go to ''Device Manager'' (if Win 10, right click on Windows Start button left side of Taskbar and select Device Manager) scroll down and find Keyboard click on the ''>'' to expand the list and then ''right click'' on the keyboard entry and select ''Properties > Power Management''.

Make sure that the ''checkbox'' next to ''Allow the computer to turn of this device to save power'' is ''unchecked''. Click ''OK'' then exit Device Manager.

Here’s an image to show what it may look like in your laptop.
