Apple Watch Series 3 screen cables ripped

My apple watch fell outa my hand,  fell on rocks which cracked my screen, and ripped the cables connected to the screen. Can i replace the cables with out replacing my motherboard or giving it to apple for a replacement?    Thanks : )
