Not charging or turning on

Phone was working.

Battery was low,  showing the batt pic with the red line…. when I plugged it in, looked like it was charging, but didn’t,

Re tried on different charger still no charge.  Both are good chargers.

also, when pluued into charger , won’t turn on ?    should it ?

Any ideas ?
