How do I get this Galaxy s8plus

out of boot loop?

it was water damaged and I found the shirt on the small power management IC. I replaced the IC and now the phone is turning on but boot looping.

i also got a new battery and fully charged it externally. It’s drawing Amps but can’t get it to go to the hone screen.

any suggestions?
