Donna brown you got a whole lot going on here. I would suggest that you take it and have the OBD scanned. This all sounds like bad ECU or sensors and is to complex to even remotely figure out from the distance. Once you got it scanned let us know what codes etc. showed up. Then we can narrow it down.

Donna brown you got a whole lot going on here. I would suggest that you take it and have the OBD scanned. Generally it is the theft deterrent system that generates the message. Sometimes after the battery has been changed or the battery has been jumped a relearn procedure needs to be performed. It is also possible that this is a failing crank sensor. You should be able to find the cause or issue by scanning the control module for the history codes.

# With a master PASS-Key III key, start the vehicle. The vehicle has now learned the key transponder information and the PCM has now learned the fuel continue password. IMPORTANT: The vehicle learns the key transponder information and/or passwords on the ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle. from [https://www.justanswer.com/buick/76t3a-buick-lacrosse-start-buick-lacrosse-when-anti-theft.html |here]
