Battery changed but doesn't charge correctly

Hello everyone,

My redmi note 4 doesn't charge correctly. It stays at 2%. I thought it was the battery so I changed it but it didn't fix the problem. Do you think it comes from the charger port or from the other internals? What do you reckon I should do?
