Have you tried to reset the printer?

* From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Setup button / .
* Open the Service menu.
* Select the '''Restore''' Defaults option, and then touch the OK button.
* The printer automatically restarts.

If that does not work I would say it needs to be serviced professionally.
