If screen just fell out it’s probably because of a swelling battery underneath the display.  Probably need a screen and battery replacement. If the battery is fine i suppose the adhesive that holds the glass and plastic frame intact could be bad which casued the glass and lcd to pop out, anyways you probably need at least a screen replacement.
