I had to do this several times. If you hear the motors and gears moving , but nothing really moves,then the framework inside the head is broken from being dropped. Its a soft Urathane type molded plastic that doesn’t glue well but can be secured with a very tacky rubber glue and supports. It involves surgery by opening the back of the head, peeling the facial skin and padding away and making the repairs. However Do not do this when the little ones are around. My young daughter walked in and was terrified at Daddy’s work. :-)
