Check if there is corrosion on the pins. If yes, try to clean it with isopropyl and then dry it again.
If it’s still not working, replace the charger port (it’s not soldered on the motherboard, and it’s the best thing to do anyway). Before you order a new one, open it up and check if there is corrosion anywhere else, if yes, clean it and check if everything else is working. Order the part, build it in and enjoy!
