Its a flawed charging cicuit (chip) junk. I have replaced, cleaned,Batt & Usb charging port. I haved played with this unit It charges then turn on Blue tooth it shuts off. I have to turn off to charge it then it might charge while on but turn on wifi and off it goes. Iwould say we got what we payed for. We purchased three cell phones in our family, and all three quit. Thers no magic I have been in the repair field for over 40 years and will not buy another Blu. by domestic, Blu R2 LTE’s
