Try the following:
Uninstall the WLAN adapter in Device Manager
Clear the TCP/IP stack by performing a [https://kb.wisc.edu/31480|TCP /IP reset]
Restart the laptop.
-Check that the WLAN adapter has the latest [https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7571|WLAN drivers] installed. If not, then install them
+Check in Device Manager that the WLAN adapter has the latest [https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7571|WLAN drivers] installed. If not, then install them
Check if the problem is resolved.
