My LG CM9740 Hi-Fi speakers no longer can use bluetooth. Every time I try to use bluetooth, I get an error “BT E2P ERR” on the Hi-Fi’s digital screen. If I turn it off and on again and select Bluetooth, it will say “BT Ready” for a brief time (mere seconds) before switching back to the error on which it stays indefinitely.
Any idea what is causing this error?
I opened it up and had a look inside, but I don’t know where the bluetooth chip is located, or what it even looks like. There isn’t much information about this product online.
