Did you check the output from the charger to make sure that it is working OK i.e supplying 19.5V DC?

Have you tried a different compatible charger and see if that charges the laptop OK?

Have you checked that the power connector cable in the laptop is OK? It may be that there is a faulty DC-In jack attached to the cable.

Scroll to p.60 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the power connector cable.

If the DC-In jack is faulty, (use an Ohmmeter to prove continuity through the jack) the part number is 641394-001.
