It was so simple I had to record it here, for you, my Boomer friends (and me in case I forget.) INSTRUCTIONS: So… the cover needs to be CLOSED then lift the second cover to expose internal workings of printer. Then “gentle as butter” just flip up that %#*@ ink cartridge lid.

I fiddled around with firm pressing and such, never a good idea when dealing with plastic, and then,  just wanted to smack my printer. grrrrrrrr. NOT INTUITIVE for those of us who don’t care how a toaster is made, just how it works. I demand a video redo from #EPSON.''

I have to add I LOVE this printer. Ink lasts a long time and I’m thrilled not to have to use those awful cartridges.
