This should fix it (:
Go to control panel, then choose “Devices and Printers”,
Right-click on your printer and choose to remove it.
Now go to Canon’s website and download the [https://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/products/fax__multifunctionals/inkjet/pixma_mg_series/pixma_mg3550.html?type=drivers&language=&os=windows%2010%20(64-bit)|latest drivers] and follow the instructions to install them.
