It wont get past the waterproofing itself, its just gonna seep thru the crevices where glass and frame meets. In my experience when this happens its almost impossible to clean it off without the glass looking a little “off". If you had to do this again on your Note 10 my advice is you only use 1/3 of the glue in the bottle, it will take a while to spread but its better than it leaking off to the frame. If it dont spread anymore after 30 mins or so you can gently squeegee the glue to the rest of the glass. Just be patient and careful. Also, if you want the fingerprint scanner to work 99% of the time the glue has to be super thin. Hence 1/3 of bottle only, and squeegee to spread the glue out.

I've gone thru 20+ different uv screen protector installs, 3 different rear glass replacements and TWO screen replacements because I got crazy and didnt wanna give up that fingerprint scanner for a screen protector, but the glue kept creeping thru the crevices leaving permanent marks on the phone making it look ugly. Ick.
