My game volume adjusts itself. How do I fix this?

I have had my Astro A50’s gen 3 for a little over a year. I started having this issue where the game volume balancer wasn’t working. A day of two latter, the issue progressed to the point where the balancer is constantly adjusting to game volume. I’ve pulled it apart clean any kind of corrosion I could find to no avail.  I’m out of ideas and I don’t know what to do next.
