Ok I’m not impressed with this Visio but that being said it happened when my fire stick was in port 4.

i replaced hdmi cord

i detached fire stick extension for hdmi that’s the little piece if your hdmi is hard to access.

Disconnected the newer voice remote and went back to the firetv app.

turned off Bluetooth speaker

ok so now it works. Wow this is such bleep bleep.
