ifixit does not do repairs.

Its' volunteers offer advice on how to fix it yourself.

Since yours is still new what does it say in the Warranty section of the User manual that should have been with the blender abut what to do to make a claim for a  ''manufacturer’s warranty'' repair or replacement.
