Try starting the phone in [https://www.hardreset.info/devices/zte/zte-blade-x-max-z983/safe-mode/|safe mode] and check if the phone operates without the unexpected error messages.

If it works OK when in safe mode, then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one is the culprit.
