Intermittent RPM increasing while car struggles to accelerate

I have a 2015 Hyundai Sonata sport with 119,000 miles. I’ve noticed a few issues lately.
1) Car recently made a weird noise and jerking when turning on. Only happened once but not normal
2) Also I have been noticing RPMs jumps up and down and bit when accelerating at lower levels (10-20 mph) car is slower to accelerate than usual
3) today when driving up an incline car didn’t want to accelerate past 40 mph. Rpms increased but car was slow to get past 40 mark.
Any advice or guidance? Need help
