Hi there! i was given this brother MFC-490CW printer for my classroom and i havent been able to print anything with yellow! my blue, red and black are all full and show that they are full but my yellow will not change and will not print no matter what i do! i have done test prints and tried having the machine do its cleanings. but i just changed ALL the cartridges so they are all brand new and it is still saying my yellow is empty. is there something i can do to make it print all the way in color??
