-Has this Error 14 on an iPhone SE. The phone was stuck on the Restore screen, Connect to iTunes. This was due to a failed jailbreak attempt with unc0ver on iOS 11.3. Tried to restore it 10’s of times. Even in DFU mode. Upgraded iTunes. Tried different cables and USB ports. Tried to disable antivirus. Disabled firewall. None of these attemps got it to restore.

-Every time it went to a percentage of restore then iTunes said Error 14. Tried this with iOS 12.3. The that went to unsigned. Tried it with iOS 13.0. Same problem. Tried it with iOS13.1. Same problem. In these cases I had downloaded the IPSW and used SHIFT+Restore to select it (saved having iTunes downloaqd a 3GB file to fail every tme).

-Tried with iOS13.2. Tried with a downloaded IPSW, which failed. Another time instead of SHIFT+Restore I let iTunes download the IPSW. Using a non genuine cheap lightning cable. Antivirus on. This time it worked!

To anyone who thinks the phone is bricked (and knows it wasn’t water damaged or dropped etc), I would just say try many, many times and it might work eventually.
