2001 Honda CR-V stalls while driving then will not start.

Recently my 2001 Honda CR-V will randomly stall while driving. Once this happens, the car will not start when I turn the key. It makes the clicking noise, but does not turn over. After waiting a few minutes, the car will start again and drive fine for maybe 20 miles, then the issue will happen again. After the second time this happened, the check engine light came on.
