We would need to see your motherboard as well as your DC in post etc. So go ahead and post some GOOD pictures of all of those things with your QUESTION. Please remember that we need to see both sides of each board.
The power board will not have any response if the motherboard is not working. You will have to find the component that went up in smoke. then you have to find a schematic to determine what this part is and what you need to do to replace it. Again, we need a lot more information from you to even try to make a complete diagnosis
